如何为诊所来访者配置重要信息同意书


当访客使用诊所链接发起视频通话并到达诊所等候区时,流程的一部分是阅读诊所的重要信息,然后点击“继续”以表示同意。诊所管理员可以配置这些信息,以便在所有患者或客户就诊前提供这些信息。如果未配置,诊所将显示默认文本。

配置 Healthdirect 等候区同意书

要配置应用程序诊所管理员请转到诊所左侧菜单中的应用程序- 只有诊所管理员才能访问应用程序部分。
找到Healthdirect 等候区同意应用程序并单击“详细信息”齿轮。
选择配置选项卡

您将看到应用程序的当前文本。此图显示的是所有诊所的默认文本,直至更新为止。

添加您诊所所需的文本。如有需要,您可以点击文本框右下角并将其拖放以放大。

添加所需文本后,向下滚动并单击“保存”以保存更改。
现在,所有来诊所的呼叫者都会看到此文本,作为他们到达等候区流程的一部分。
