    This is a dynamic top ten issue list and will be updated every Wednesday. Please check back each week to see the latest version of the list.

    Upcoming features and fixes

    The following is a list of upcoming features and fixes in alphabetical order. These will be rolled into the top ten priorities as work is completed on the current top ten list. Priorities on these features and fixes are reviewed on a weekly basis.

    Ability to search for a user (e.g by email address) and display/edit roles they have and manage access
    Access Controls at platform Level (Roles and permissions) 
    Account Management: Ability to add a user into multiple clinics.
    Account Management: Ability to see all the team members you manage and the entities they belong to (clinics, organisations) on one page and report on it.
    Add a note while the patient is being transferred from one clinician to another or triage. Only visible to clinician and admin staff.
    Add additional phone numbers for SMS notifications

    Resend all pending invitations from clinic or organisational level
    Show position of caller in queue in waiting area (configurable on/off for clinic)
    SIP integration and testing with traditional video conferencing units
    Smart way of reporting a patient attending with a GP and this feature not getting abused by patients by claiming to be with a GP.
    SMS scheduling for clinicians
    Snapshot button to take real picture of consult
    Splash screen and Video messages, surveys, etc to be configurable and displayed during patient waiting period 
    Transfer patients into a non-public (hidden) Waiting Area
    Two way messaging to callers waiting in waiting area to allow clinic/admin to communicate with patients and transfer without joining.

    Waiting Area page: Ability for admins to change caller status on waiting area page from 'on hold' to 'waiting'.

    When navigating away from a tab whilst on-hold in a waiting area, the caller may have dropped from the queue. The caller can now tab away from the waiting area and remain in the queue. They will see an indicative message while on hold May-20
