诊所等候区配置 - 等候区开放时间

为您的诊所配置等候区营业时间


机构和诊所管理员可以根据诊所需求管理诊所等候区的开放时间。诊所开放后,呼叫者可以使用诊所链接前往等候区进行预约或按需咨询。要访问诊所等候区配置部分,诊所和机构管理员请前往诊所左侧菜单,选择“配置”>“等候区”。

设置诊所等候区的开放时间。默认设置为每天 00:00 - 24:00,这意味着等候区始终开放。请注意,即使来访者在正常营业时间以外进入等候区,也不会存在安全风险,您的团队成员也不会加入他们。

如果医疗服务提供者安排在正常时间之外进行视频通话或超时运行,则可以将视频通话诊所的营业时间设置为比实体诊所更长。

如果您编辑等候区开放时间,请单击“保存”以应用任何更改。

单击添加中断按钮 如果需要,可以在每日日程安排中加入休息时间。休息时间是指诊所在一天中的特定时间段内不开放,例如午餐时间。
