Organisation level 'Joining a call' configuration
Organisation administrators can configure the Joining a call option for all clinics at the organisation level
This page shows how to configure the options for ‘Joining a call’ at the organisation level. Any changes made at the organisation level will filter down to all new clinics created under that organisation from the time the change has been made. For that reason, it is best to configure this before you create your clinics, so they all have the same default settings.
The Joining a call tab allows you to configure the default settings for guests starting a video call in any new clinics' waiting areas, meeting and group rooms for the organisation.
These include:
- Whether a photo is required when joining a meeting or group room call.
- Whether the video preview is available for guests when entering their details before waiting to be seen.
- Whether microphone and camera controls are available for waiting guests.
To configure the Joining a call settings:
Sign in and go to My Organisations in the left menu column. | |
Click on the required Organisation. You may only have one available. | |
Click on Configure and then the Joining a call tab and configure the options as required for your clinics. You only need to do this if your preferred options are different to the default settings shown in this example. | |
