As a health service provider added as a team member in one or more Video Call clinics, you have access to the clinic waiting area and any configured Meeting and Group rooms for the clinic. You can join patients from the waiting area, which will open the call screen for the consultation. The video and information links below are designed to assist you to navigate the waiting area and call screen and get the most out of your Video Call consultations.

Once you have been added to one or more clinics, you can sign into Video Call. See the links below for the basics.

Each clinic has a waiting area, which is where you will join your patients in a Video Call consultation.
