New Feature and Improvement requests
If you have a request for a clinically proven improvement or new feature for the healthdirect Video Call platform, please firstly have your organisation administrator and jurisdiction lead review the request. Once approved you can complete the New Feature Request Form to inform us of the request and include any available details about workflows, user experience or data components.
Please note: After completing the request form, please submit your request by clicking the blue submit button. Once submitted, the Video Call team will assess its feasibility.
