You can customise the Reporting Configuration for your organisation's reports by adding the timezone and minimum duration for a consultation.
| Navigate to your Organisation - remember you must have Org Admin access to do this. Click on the Configure section on the left. Then click the second tab Reporting Configuration. |

| Set the Timezone for your organisation's location. Click Save to save any changes. |  |
| Set the Minimum Duration for a consultation. To be included in the reports a consultation must meet this minimum time period. Click save to save any changes. |

| Add reporting Tags. These tags allow you to configure the State, Specialty and Contract for your organisation. Click on the Required tags and click Save to save any changes. |  |
