    Configure organisational information

    What platform role do I need – Organisation Admin

    This page shows you how to configure the elements of your organisation's information. Any changes made at the organisation level will be adopted by all new clinics created under that organisation. 

    The organisation information page includes:

    • General configuration
      • Organisation name 
      • Default timezone for your clinic(s)
      • Organisation logo
      • Custom URL
      • Privacy policy
      • Troubleshooting URL
      • Terms of use
      • Support message for patients requiring assistance
    • Support contact 
    • Share waiting area 

    Accessing the Organisation Information configuration

    From the Organisation homepage, click on Configure

    There are three tabs across the top that allow you to configure the organisation, one of which is Organisation Information.
    Selecting the Configure section

    General Configuration

    • Amend the name of the Organisation under Organisation Name and click Save to apply the changes.
    • Select the correct Timezone. 
    • Add a Custom URL. This will flow through to your clinics and take callers to a page on your website where they can access the Start Video Call button for their appointment. It will be the link you send to patients and will become your Waiting Area URL in the Waiting Area Dashboard (if a Custom URL is configured it replaces the normal Waiting Area URL that you send to patients).

    Default Clinic Timezone for my Organisation

    You can set your timezone at the Organisation level, under the Organisation Configure menu. This default setting will be adopted by all new clinics created under your Organisation and will ensure the waiting area hours relate to the correct timezone.

    1. From the Organisation Information tab, click on the Default Clinic Timezone 
    Note: The default clinic timezone for a newly created organisation is Brisbane.
    2. Select your preferred timezone from the list.
    3. Click on the Save button to apply the changes.

    Note: This only applies to new clinics created. Existing clinics will retain their clinic level settings. 

    Organisation Logo 

    Click on Add Logo to upload a new Organisation Logo and Save changes to apply - Add Logo changes to Change Logo once a logo has been added.
    This logo will filter down to all currently created clinics within the organisation.
    The maximum file size is 5MB.


    Support Contact for my Organisation

    Update the Support Contact information for internal staff support: contact name, email and phone. Click on Save to apply changes.

    Share Waiting Area/ Start Video Call button at the Organisation-level

    Click on Share Waiting Area to see options for sharing with patients so that they can start a call and arrive in your clinic Share Waiting Area- access options to the waiting area
    Share using link - Copy the entry URL to send to your patients.
    Launch using a button - Place a button on your web-page that patients can click on to start a video call in a new window. You can customise the text and colour of the button before copying the code. Make sure you click Save if you make any changes.

    Embed into a page - Use an embed code on your web page that directly opens a Video Call consultation without leaving your web page. You can customise the dimensions of the video call frame by adjusting the width and height. 

    Click Save to apply any changes.
