Keep up to date with the Video Call platform status and any current incidents
12th March 9:20am AEDT - The platform is currently experiencing technical issues. We are investigating and attempting to restore service as normal.
12th March 9:34am AEDT - We are experiencing issues with the AWS environment and this has been escalated. Further attempts to restore service are continuing.
12th March 9:39am AEDT - Services are starting to return to better performance as we are seeing some of the systems recover. Hard refreshing (ctrl + f5) may improve performance if you are still experiencing connectivity issues.
12th March 9:45am AEDT - Additional critical services are being initiated and full service is expected to be completely restored within 5-10 mins.
12th March 9:52am AEDT - Services continue to be restored with performance almost returning to normal.
12th March 10:02am AEDT - Service is restored but we are still seeing some elevated load on the platform. We continue to work on full resolution and are closely monitoring the service.
12th March 10:09am AEDT - Service has now been restored. We continue to monitor the service.
