有時,呼叫者在等待就診時會遇到技術故障,導致與等候區斷開連線。他們可以檢查並修復網路連接,以確保能夠按時赴約。他們有多種選擇

以下指示可確保患者知道他們已與等候區斷開連接:

  • 當患者進入等候區時,音樂播放器僅在患者完全連接並處於「您已加入通話隊列」狀態時才會播放。其他所有階段(連接、加入、重新連接、斷開連接和進入通話)均不會播放音樂,因此患者會聽到明顯的差異。
  • 如果患者與等候區斷開連接,重新連接狀態將顯示以下訊息,提示他們檢查互聯網連接以確保他們能夠加入諮詢,“您的等候區連接已中斷”:
