As a clinic administrator, you have access to configure the clinic to suit your needs. This includes adding and managing team members and setting the clinic waiting area hours. On the left-hand side there is a dark-grey panel with Menu items, including the Dashboard and Waiting Area. Clinic Administrators have access to Reports, Apps and Configure. When you click on Configure you will access all configuration options for the clinic – Clinic, Team Members, Call Quality, Waiting Experience, Joining A Call, Call Interface, Waiting Area and Reporting Configuration.
