    My clinics summary

    What video call platform role do I need: Organisation Administrator, Team Administrator, Team member

    View all the clinics you are a member of and any clinic activity plus enable desktop notifications across all your clinics with one click. Please note this view only appears if you are a member of more than one clinic.

    The My Clinics page shows all your clinics, summarises clinic activity, enables you to easily navigate between clinics and allows you to enable desktop notifications for all:

     
    On signing in, you will arrive at the My Clinics page and see:
    • The number of Callers Waiting, Callers On Hold and Callers Being Seen across all your clinics.
    • All clinics, the organisations they belong to and the activity in each clinic.
    • A summary of the total number of clinics you have access to, callers waiting, callers on hold, callers being seen and longest wait time.


    If you are a member of only one clinic, you will not see this page but will arrive directly into your clinic's waiting area.

    • Clinics with active calls in progress, or callers waiting are listed at the top. These are ranked with the longest waiting patient at the top of the list.
    • If there is no activity, all clinics will be shown in ascending alphabetical order.
    • Switch to descending alphabetical order by clicking the down arrow next to Clinic Name.
    • Search for a specific clinic in the Filter Clinics search field at the top.
    Whenever you filter the clinic list all clinics with activity will still show at the top.


    Clicking on the clinic name takes you to the clinic waiting area dashboard.


    To navigate back to the My Clinics page, click on your name at top right and click on My Clinics in your profile drop down.
    To enable desktop notifications for all your clinics, click on Enable desktop notifications, under the My Clinics heading. For more information regarding this function please go here: https://help.vcc.healthdirect.org.au/enabledisable-desktop-notifications-for-all-your-clinics
