17th October - 9:15am - We are currently experiencing slow performance with the Video Call platform. If you experience problems please be patient as we are investigating the root cause of this issue.
17th October - 9:30am - Extra instances have been added to cater for the extra load currently being experienced. Platform should now be performing as expected.
17th October - 9:45am - Underperforming instances have been removed from the pool and service should be operating fully as expected.
17th October - 10:45am - We are currently experiencing slow performance with the Video Call platform. If you experience problems please be patient as we are investigating the root cause of this issue.
17th October - 10:55am - Extra instances have been added to cater for the extra load currently being experienced. Platform should now be performing as expected.
17th October - 11:15am - We are continuing to monitor the platform and it is currently functioning as expected.
