Clinic administrators can save favourite SIP addresses and phone numbers in their clinic configuration and can mark the most used favourites as the default. To do this the clinic must have SIP integration and Phone Callout enabled in the clinic - please contact the video Call support team if you require either of these functions in your clinic. once enabled in the clinic, go to Configure > Telephony to add favourites. Saved SIP addresses and phone numbers appear in a drop-down list for team members inviting a participant to a Video Call. To configure favouring SIP addresses and phone numbers for the clinic, clinic admins go to Configure > Telephony
Add SIP and Phone favourites for the clinic using the + Add Favourite button.   Here a SIP address is being added.   Click Save to save this as a favourite.
Once saved, the SIP address will appear in the list of favourites when a user is inviting a SIP participant to a call.
Favourite phone numbers can be added in the same way, by clicking + Add Favourite and adding the Name and number.
