Offline status
There will soon be a clinic configuration setting giving callers the option to put themselves in an offline status when they navigate away from the wait screen and use their device while waiting. They maintain their place in the waiting area and this is especially useful for clinics with longer wait times. These callers remain visible in the waiting area with a new grey Offline status and their Join button updates to Recall, allowing staff to bring them back into the waiting area when needed.
This feature helps prevent disruptions if they have navigated away from the waiting screen before being connected to their health service provider. Team members will have the ability to cancel the offline queue for a caller, which removes them from the waiting area and cancels the call completely.

Sound application
In collaboration with SA Health, we will soon be introducing a Video Call Sound application, for use in specialties including speech therapy and other clinical use cases. This application provides clinical information about a person's vocal volume and pitch and can be used as an assessment or feedback tool. Example screenshots are shown in the overview below:
